TSI Filtration offers a wide range of forming fabrics ranging from 4 shed through 24 shed weaves in single, double, two and one-half and three layer designs. The 4 and 5 shed single layer fabrics are commonly used in pulp dewatering and paper manufacturing. Eight shed single layer styles are extremely wear resistant and commonly used in craft, cardboard and corrugated products. Seven and eight shed double layer products are used for higher grades and finer weight products moving into the tissue range. Eight and 16 shed double and two and one-half layer mesh styles along with the multi-shed three layer meshes are for manufacturing even finer grades and lighter weight products. We can suggest options to match your specifications or provide mesh samples typically used in your specific application. We can do precise cross-match evaluations from any samples which you provide.
